Claims & Pre-Auth Submission

Our billing team will verify the CDT codes, ensure that all relevant documents (treatment notes, x-rays etc) for claim/pre-determination submission are available and send the claims to the insurance on a daily basis.

Review daily claims received versus your schedule to confirm that you have not missed sending us any claim. We will remind you until you resolve that discrepancy.

A/R Follow Up

If a claim hasn’t been paid by an insurance company within a 30-day period, a follow-up process is necessary that includes finding out why the claim hasn’t been paid, identifying necessary attachments or missing dates, resubmitting the claim, and entering the updated information into the office’s practice management system.

Payment Posting Services

At Geo Dynamic, payment posting in medical billing is one of the key processes that get the utmost attention from our Operations management. The payments in lieu of claims, which are received from the Payer and Patients, are posted in the medical billing system of the client to reconcile the claim. The posted ERAs are stored either in the billing system or a Document Management system (DMS) for future reference.
